Consultation

One of the most important factors in therapy is finding the right therapist for you. To support this, I offer a 20-minute online consultation where we can meet, discuss what brings you to therapy, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

Therapy

Therapy sessions are £80 per 50-minute session and can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works best for you. All sessions are online.

Each session provides a dedicated, supportive space to explore what’s important to you, understand patterns that may be causing distress, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable.

I am a recognised practitioner with AVIVA and AXA Healthcare private insurance.

Payment Information and Insurance

Payment is usually made by bank transfer prior to each session.

I am a recognised provider with AVIVA and AXA Healthcare insurance, so you may be able to reclaim some or all of your fees if your policy allows. I’m happy to discuss any questions about fees, insurance, or arrangements during our consultation.
